- Open your image.
- Go to Filter,
Texture and then Grain...
- Set Intensity and
Contast to 50.
- Set Grain Type to
Vertical and click on OK.
- Go to Edit and then
to Fade Grain.
- Change the Mode
to Lighten and click OK.
- Go to Filter, Texture
and then Grain... again.
- Leave Intensity
and Contast at 50.
- Set Grain Type to Stipple and
click on OK.
- Go to Edit and then to Fade
Grain.
- Change the Opacity
to 20%.
- Change the Mode
to Color Burn and click OK.
- Go to Image, Adjust
then select Hue/Saturation...
- Put a Check next
to the Colorize option.
- Change the Hue to 54, the Saturation
to 28, and the Lightness to +33.
